Arsenal (H) - FA Cup | Post Match Thread

Raul also bought Gabriel for 26 million. And Saliba for 25 million or something. And matrinelli for 8 million. Has every big purchase you guys made worked out?
More the self serving idea that you are some sort of Brighton or Brentford when you have always been among the biggest spenders in Europe

I will love to pick this up later. But not for a second do i think Enzo and Murdyk are 230 million worth of player. At this rate it will cost him 1.4 billion to rebuild an 11 man squad at 125 million per position. How much is he going to pay for a striker when he buys a water carrier for a 130 million lol. He is a boffhead setting his club up with Barca and Real debt without the massive income stream those two teams are guaranteed in LA liga

Here's the problem with your statement on the current buys; those players are worth what they're worth to the buyer. if they make the team look good, play attractive football, put bums on seats, then they will bring in more revenue/ tv rights/ shirt sales. You know, the hope of most clubs. Boehly will already know how Chelsea are received in the US with also having Pulisic, for example.

The other point being when we bought Touré, Silva, De Bruyne, Rodri etc., people baulked and laughed at why we'd do such a thing with them all being either 'rejects', 'not worth the money' or 'not world class'.

Look how that's turned out.

We'll see what happens for them as you sound like our version of the Red Scum in Manc.

He, who laughs last...

I’m not sure who you’re referring to but it’s not me…

"You" is the royal 'you' being Arse fans.

Well, as you know everything should we bother watching games?

You've bought players from us and played them in the positions we've played them in, so we've already seen them in action in a team full of 'world class' players.

I think we can make an educated guess with two players asked to saddle the weight and expectation of the team being serial winners from Man City.

Fair enough...?

Actually, your hubris is unmatched except that shown by your neighbours in Trafford

1. Are you comparing us to royalty?
2. Your second statement is a non sequitur

Ok you back Boehly model but i think it is a recipe for disaster. Who are these imaginary Gooners laughing at you guys for Yaya we wanted him didn’t have the money. Or De Bruyne? I never actually criticized your clubs purchases in fact complimented them. Do you read my actual posts or are you just angry i am an Arsenal fan? There was no laughing at City for any of those signings you made not by me, i was jealous we didn’t have the money to make them

Why do you want to lay actions of a couple of nutters on me. I think your management has settled down to now that you guys have a few titles you aren’t buying crazy valuations like you used to. I am not opposed to big money deals just opposed to crazy valuations. You guys stole Haaland great buy big buy, a value buy nonetheless not like Psg and Neymar. I am actually happy if Caicedo a water carrier is 90 million if you guys want Saka you got to pay 250; if we resign Saka which the hold up seems to be CL qualification. Lets keep things civil we plan on selling you guys the English Messi at Boehly prices. Lol
Are you fucking high?
