Arsenal (H) Post Match Thread

Let us get one thing straight. Their player - played Sterling NOT THE BALL - definite pen.
No question. The f*ckin' media will try to create problems so that they can sell papers - or even on Social media.

So happy to beat that shower with a contentious decision or two after last years semi. Simple fact of the matter is we should have fucking buried them before the half, 3-1 flatters them.

The salty tears of yesterday’s man taste so good.

By far the best team. Arse are the form team after us, with 10 wins from 12 (2 draws). Made them look average at times despite not being on top note.

Atmosphere came across as electric today, so loud, carried on from Sergio’s presentation. Well done to those in the stadium. Brilliant

Didn't really go our way with the officials today, but then you guys said similar at the semi final, so no real complaints.

The best team won, bottom line is we aren't good enough as a team without the ball to cope with you guys at your own ground. Protection for the defence an issue yet again.

Result isn't totally damaging for us, we certainly aren't good enough to compete for the title, but we are still in the mix for top 4, & played at Chelsea, Liverpool & City now, as well as Stoke & Everton where we struggled in the past. What we do need now is to win our next game vs Spurs at home though.

I thought they were very average for most of the game. We weren't at our very best but still way ahead of them.

cracking game, should have put game beyond arses reach, tiredness crept in towards end for theirs, but more than we deserved. onwards and upwards, well not so much upwards as we FUCKING TOP!!!

The worst game we've played this season in the league and we still comfortably beat Arsenal and could have had 3 or 4 more.

Not a vintage performance but all that matters is the result.

Several of our players are looking very tired, and this international break has come at a vital time. They will rest up over the next 2 weeks, most only playing 90 minutes of friendly paced football and getting a mental break as well.

When we come back, I think Pep needs to rotate more for the Christmas period.

Although we looked tired you always looked a threat , which worried me in the 1st half after we wasted a number of chances
