You can only beat what's in front of you , the Goons and Arteta will take hoorendous shite over that performance , it would have been 5-0 even if they had eleven men , we played well within ourselves and are easing nicely into the season.
KDB & Foden back after the international break and hopefully no injuries to our players for their national teams.
Got Chelsea,PSG & Dippers to deal with in the next few weeks , we should be upto speed by then.
 
Fantastic win after a shitty week, Arsenal were poor. We will face much sterner tests ahead but we did the job. Look forward to KDB and Fidel joining the group soon too onwards and upwards blues!!
 
Best tonic/pick me up we could of asked for after the week from hell
 
What was with the weird misshapen city badge on peps jumper. It was like out of a Salvador Dali picture.

Excellent performance. When we are on it, we are levels above any other side in this league, striker or not.

Arsenal are fucking terrible and Arteta is getting sacked. He can’t turn this shit show around.

Like I said in the mach day thread, away from all the drama, all the vitriol, all the negativity and pants pissing in the media and transfer forum; in the light of day. We have a fantastic squad. Grealish looks like he'll be great for us.

It would have been nice to add a striker. But I think we have just enough about us to stay up

Yeah we had a rough 10 minutes or so after the 2nd goal. Arsenal were wise to the Ederson -> Walker ball and Tierney was quick on it. They were taking up good positions for a while so Ederson was struggling to find his breaking lines pass. There are another two or three levels up we could have played I reckon
 
Amazing performance. As I wrote in the match thread, it's easy to get disappointed when we've lost out on Kane and Ronaldo but we have a fucking amazing team, that should never be forgotten. Players that were disappointing last year such as Jesus and Torres have started this season really well.

Let’s play Chelsea and see. They’re closer than you think. But yes for me we’re still the stand out team in the prem. feels like the loss against Spurs may help us, we tend to go on ridiculous winning runs when we lose
