Why are we chuntering about Saka? Arsenal have more pressing concerns, such as how to contain our axis of evil, the De Bruyne/Haaland partnership. One of the most destructive the PL has ever seen and it's still in its infancy..

Not sure about that. Win tonight, and we're on 73 points. With seven games left. If we go W4, D2 and L1 in those remaining 7 games, we'll end up on 87 points. Arsenal will have 5 games left after tonight, so (by my iffy maths) they can get to 90. Unless I'm missing something?

It’s funny I’m more concerned with the media writing a decent Arsenal side off tonight. They played a weakened team in the FA Cup and it was a very tight game. They rattled us for a while in the away game, until Ake came on and quietened Saka.
Tonight no Ake for us but no Saliba for them but Jesus and Partey back (both missed the away game) will mean they are close to full strength.
We are in better form now than the match at the Emirates but the return of Jesus should improve them. I really believe we’ll have to weather an early storm as they try and start away matches at full throttle. It’s worked for them a lot (Fulham, Brentford, Brighton, Spurs off the top of my head) but if they allow the opposition back in they’ve faltered (Liverpool/ West Ham). The key is to stop them growing into the game. They’ve been wobbling so let’s not give them any confidence.
Hopefully our experience in big games will see us through.
