Gundogan was magnificent today, as he has been for the last 18 months. He is the man who has stepped up during an injury crisis, Covid, and many off-the-field distractions. A proper leader on and off the the field. The most under-rated player I have seen at City in my 50 plus years of attending games.

Any poor performances? Walker was bobbins. Good on Pep for subbing him- let’s hope he responds in his usual positive way.
Mom for me was Torres - when all the talk was about the need for a striker, he popped up to silence our critics.
Without the background noise that the game was played in - Gundog just pipped Jesus .

Silky Ilkay.

He was bloody everywhere in midfield today. Made their young lad “the Barnet de Bruyne” (or whatever they call him) look like a Championship player.

Bernardo was everywhere first half. Gabby & Gundogan excellent. Sterling looked back to his confident best when he came on. Grealish had a swagger about him.

Walker wasn't himself & Ederson took "laid back" to a new level at times.
