Arsenal - Post match thread

There's absolutely no relationship between Pellegrini and the fans.

That's the most disappointing thing; the fans aren't enjoying the football anymore.

To be fair, he has a point. Those of us who expressed grave concerns about how this season was progressing were constantly shouted down by said happy clappers.

No Jim, he has no point at all. By all means express your anger and disappointment but dont bother trying to goad other posters into an argument over it.

If Liverpool win in the final do they take the 4th spot?
Nope.

Extra spot.

Get this season fucked off. Pep come in and be brutally honest with us. If you need time you'll get it from us.Just tell us.

We've finished in worse positions, now it feels like rip it all up and start again.

we fired this clown in February but kept him until now.

Now we pay the price for it. CL income, prestige, maybe all of it effecting the transfer plans some top class players might not want to play EL next season.

If we had a regular manager that would be true but Pep has pulling power even if we were playing in the Johnstone paints trophy next season ......also the 200m+ we got from the chinese backers are funding Peps spree ......

Bullshit. The only experience I've had when being positive on here is being shouted down by the clinically depressed dullards.

I think I'll give this forum a miss and let you all simmer down for a bit.

See you all in the Transfer forum in July!

Unlucky. Simply deserved much more than a draw. Sums up the season but Pellegrini will get the blame. The easy option. Pep will save us. I hope he does but not for these bloody rag fans that crept in here.
Yes well said mate. This season's been unlucky.

Twice as many defeats as Spurs, that's unlucky.

1 win in 14 v the top 8, that's unlucky.

Drawing away to 3 of the bottom 4, that's unlucky.

Daft ****

Iheanacho wasn't at his best but replacing him with Sterling was the wrong move. Bringing on Bony for Navas too was pointless.

Fernando was holding the middle well. If anything taking off Mangala for Yaya would have made more sense.

We will not beat Seansea so I'm resigned to no CL.

Pellegrini really has Bernard huge mistake. If honestly think Alerdyce would have been a better choice if we were sure Pep was coming soon. He'd have load the foundations of a hard working and organized unit.

Well done Clichy and Hart for that fuck up that lead to the goal

I don't think Clichy is guilty for first goal at all. He had an option to try to head it back to Hart and it went to corner or to head it to corner without thinking on Hart at all, there was no third option. It was bullshit defending on corner that did it.
I agree.

But he's a rank average player who has no place in a top top side. He can defend a bit, and that's the sum total of his talents. A bit.

What exactly does he offer going forward? Absolutely fuck all, week in, week out. He is reliably and consistently, a waste of space going forward. He only gets a game because Kolarov is even worse, but to be honest, I'd rather we played Kolarov. He is terrible at defending but at least might get an assist or a goal once or twice a season. They are both fucking shite.

pretty confident that united will not get 6 points ...but more likely 4 points....but i now see us slipping again at swansea...FFS

If we'd played like that all season we wouldn't be in this situation. I thought we were outstanding and incredibly unfortunate not to win that game, but the damage has been done far before this game. Makes such a difference when all the players try and are up for it, just shows up how meek we've been all season though and highlighted which players who weren't playing really haven't been grafting.
