Arsenal will have their standard season.

1.) Start off great

2.) Fans get giddy

3.) Stay in contention for the title till Dec/Jan

4.) Slowly slide into 4th once they progress into Champions League knockout phase

5.) Scrape the 4th place trophy and claim they've had a great season.

Maybe we should change this to an Arsenal fans graph:

Doesn't work, because Arsenal fans in general are not really optimistic about their chances of winning the league. More often than not they are angry at Wenger either spending no money or not addressing their problem areas.

When I saw Arsenal an Red Wine I assumed it was Whinger having another go at us.

I really wonder what Arsene is doing in the training ground. Arsenal are worse than a pub team at setting up corners, when it comes to positioning.

Then they gift wrap the rags a second goal because they had too many defenders up field. There were 5 mins to go in normal time + a lot of injury time (8 minutes). Do that in the last minute of added on time not with 5 minutes normal time.

Been seen at games for around 18months every now and again. Wonder how Wenger feels about it. Wonder if the players talk about it, and if they do are there a few whispers around the Arsenal training ground behind Wenger and his management team's backs.

I really wonder what Arsene is doing in the training ground. Arsenal are worse than a pub team at setting up corners, when it comes to positioning.

They've conceded stupid goals for ages. This season I've seen them concede when they've had eight or nine players in the opposition's last third against Dortmund away, City at home, Anderlecht at home, Swansea away, United at home. Two of those games those goals came at 0-0 in the first half, two of those games Arsenal had a lead (one was a 3-0 and the other was a 0-1 away lead in the second half!)...Wenger hasn't got a clue!

When they came back away at Goodison, I thought mentally they turned a corner, they look so weak minded, and they have no Plan B.

But when you consider the players who have left, Wenger has done brilliantly to keep them consistently in the top four.
