Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger: "It was an even game, but at the end of the day they have financial power and used it in a effective way with players like Diego Costa and Eden Hazard making the difference".

This clown is bringing up money. How much do your fans pay to watch your team Arsene? Your not exactly managing Torquay United are you.

Not to mention. Ozil and Sanchez cost more than Costa and Hazard.

Whinger never brought up money last season when Arsenal won the F.A cup and Ozil cost more than Hull's whole team.
Arsenal net spend this summer: £46m
Chelsea net spend this summer: £10m

King of the hypocrites strikes again.

Oh, they also have a higher wage bill than Chelsea.

42 mil for ozil as well - yes, we should really feel sorry for the poor little dear having to operate on such a shoestring budget

He talks about other teams spending to take the pressure of his own management style and how his teams are always shite against the top four teams

Happy not to have been humiliated like last time, which is sad in itself. But honestly it was not the worst performance from an Arsenal perspective. Chelsea were solid and excellent as usual, across the pitch, particularly in defense and we just didn't have a sharp enough cutting edge. I feel like Wilshere's missed opportunity was the turning point. Cazorla also came close in the second half. Tactically and mentally we did far better than last season and I think there are some, small reasons to be encouraged about our chances in big away games, but overall you have to say Chelsea were just better.

it does not matter how much they spend ,it feels like we have been watching the same old arsenal, for ten years now,

People keep criticising Wenger for making the same mistakes etc. However, tactically and mentally I think he did well on Sunday. I even think pushing Mourinho was the right thing to do and sent the right message to the players. In the end Hazard's exceptional bit of play won the game. Sanchez might have done the same, but really it's these sort of games where Ozil should have done something.

Looking at the impact that Di Maria, Costa and Fabregas have made just makes Ozil's performance look so much worse. If he had done his job then maybe Arsenal would have won.

Chelsea are the stronger side, but got a big help from the ref. Their constant niggling fouls would have drawn yellows at the Etihad.

Arsenal could have had 3 red cards yesterday though admittedly Chelsea should have had the first red card. Arsenal also held their own physically. It's not like Chelsea were dominating the game or creating numerous chances on the counter. The bit of magic gave them control. A draw would have been a good result. I don't think Wenger's substitutions helped. It was baffling to see Carzola go off instead of Ozil.

Laurent Koscielny tops the table for conceding most penalties in Premier League since August 2010.... and Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is second

But but but koscielny is the best defender in the league, u guys.

Oh I agree. How Wellbeck and koscielny didn't walk, i'll never know. Just saying Chelsea were right niggly and it
annoyed me that Keown et al tried to justify it, as part of the game. Fucking cynical. IMO

I find it sad that they actually think that. They really must be clueless.
