He's given it out to them and it clearly lit a fire for them. If you give it out you have to take it back which he did to be fair to him.

They had there day yesterday we weren't up to it they deserved there win well done but dont forget you dont win a trophy for beating us, all will be forgotten once they finish 2nd for the 3rd season in a row :).

TBF second is a great position, i remember when we finished second in '77 great team we had, what a season - probably should have won the league - but amazing for City to finish so close to eventual champions

I remember that too..late own goal at ours gave them an undeserved draw otherwise we would have won the league..
But finishing second is like losing a cup final..great for Bridesmaids FC but we wouldn't class it as success

Yep. He left himself wide open to that sort of comeback he got yesterday. Opposition players have long memories.
