It was about 3-4 years ago they were asking Pep and Mikel about fouls to stop counter attacks and both of them joked about it in a tongue in cheek way. But if you think I'm bothering to dig up the footage you can do one.

Watched it. Got my contact lenses in and that was 100% a dive. It's what I call the shit his pants pose. Dragged his left foot along the floor and fell over. Absolutely a movement I've seen many times from him. Any other angles to confirm it? Just concentrate on his left leg. Look very hard.
I predict we'll see it in the next game he plays. I will look forward to it.

Yaya dived once at Etihad, and he was roundly booed by City supporters.

TBF City have always been a 'good' PL winner in so far as there hasn't been an overly snide side. Kompany could put it about but you never got the 'mysterious accidental' elbow to the forward's head that VvD always seems to get away with.

I'm 48 and still seethe about the antics of the Rags when we were fighting them for titles - they used to basically try to kick us off the pitch (Ratboy Neville in particular) and the ref always turned a blind eye to it. That's without mentioning the insane amount of 'Fergie Time' they got when they weren't winning. Cost us at least one additional title. Cnuts.

Yes, almost every time we play at Klanfield. And the very unbiased non agenda officials are most certainly not averse to giving the Red vermin a completely unjust pk when that vile club visit the Etihad every year....

My bet that we won't get a pl pk all this season is still going strong 9 games in....
