Doesn’t feel like we have anything to lose at the moment but Arsenal does. They’ve been gifted opportunities to pull away with the poor January and March that City had, here we are 6 games to go and still got an opportunity to win it when it feels like this City team is in transition and a few tweaks from being a great side again.

A few weeks back I was happy with the league cup and a potential FA cup to show for the season. Potentially taking the league away from a crumbling Arsenal team would be the big fat bonus on it all.
 
Got to admit i want Arsenal to win the CL, too long have they had this specialist in failure Wenger, casting a shadow on everything they do.

Not true, but it's the case that he has an awful record in April as outlined in this BBC article.

Just a 44% win rate in April compared to 79% for Pep. They did alright in 2024 though. But you do wonder if their conditioning hasn't been up to scratch in past seasons and they're running on fumes by the end of the year.

He doesn’t trust his squad (best in Europe) & let the squad know that by calling all the internationals back. That message was I know your fucked & we are hanging on but I can’t risk any starters getting a knock cos we’ll blow it.

What he says & the actions & behaviours he displays are 2 different things.
