Arsenal Thread | 2025/26

You expected them to beat Bournemouth at home and look how that worked out?

This Arsenal side is showing no signs that they are capable of winning the season out.

They will either drop points today or at west ham next weekend or possibly even in both
Should signs now haven’t they, we just have to hope they dont score a shit load against Burnley.

So they’ve got 3 games
The likely scenario is they somehow
Win all 3
Score 3 goals in each game
Finish on 85 points
78 goals

We obviously have to win every single game
And batter at least one team out of the 5
Burnley was the game to do it they really messed up not finishing their chances.

I thought they’d slip up but idk how they keep getting away with things.

I see us slipping in one of these games.

I think we have to win this league on goal difference it would be quite insane

Naa they’ll drop points at West Ham

West Ham is the only game that they could lose points in. But West Ham are utter shite sadly

Don’t underestimate the pressure of having to win on the last day no matter who you are playing. Only a miracle once in a lifetime last few minutes got us through v QPR

IMHO more likely to be Palace we drop points at. We'd be bricking it.

Saying that we're Arsenal. 5-0 wins at Palace and West Ham incoming, with a 2-1 home defeat to Burnley.....

Don't you dare diss us for not scoring more of our 20 odd chances at Burnley...... I got fucking pelters of some prick on here for saying the same after the game.
Fortunately he's fucked off somewhere now by blocking me, but he couldn't understand that we needed more goals in that game after being so dominant

Oh really?

I don’t recall any references to that on here.

I’m sure read somewhere that a retrospective VAR decision had disallowed Dzeko’s goal for a hair pull somewhere in the build up, awarded a red card to Balotelli for a dive and disallowed the Aguero goal for offside.

Probably why nobody mentions that game now.

If we’d have been 9 points clear with an handful of ganes left what do you think would have happened as Arsenal fans are now saying they have the edge when in reality this should have been wrapped up weeks ago . In all my years of watching football I’ve never seen a more nervous fan base that’s cracks within minutes of a goal going against and it must be horrible seeing it unfold during a game . Is it that bad ?

I had some hope for Fulham but I forgot they are historically terrible away from home. I can only see them dropping points West Ham away which is right after Atletico 2nd leg. West Ham is also bad away from home but this game they'll play at home and right now they are really tricky. And they are fighting to stay up which makes them additionally motivated. We can't count on Palace at home because 3 days after they'll probably have a Conference League final which means they'll play subs.

My curiousity drove me to look on their forum to see how there fans viewed the upcoming game and was amazed to see that there is concern over there about the number of Arsenal fans in the home end, but this is the best bit, West Ham are offering a hospitality package for 800 quid with club legend, Ray Parlour, yes you read it right, ex Arsenal player Ray Parlour and we think our ticketing is fucked up

Yep so it’s either good for us or hammers will shit their pants. Safety and title on the line. Long as city do their job away to Everton.

West Ham will be beaten by them. They’ll put up a good fight but it won’t be enough, the quality just isn’t there.

Don't do it to yourselves.
Whammers morale will be on the floor after that 3-0 defeat and this Spurs result.

2-0 to Arsenal, if we're lucky.
