It is also luck. Also if Arsenal had won the shootout, you'd be saying how its a lottery and part of how they lucked their way to the trophy.

Surprised Arteta didn't pull him earlier. Spent way too long on the ball and got it taken off him every time. He thought he had 5 seconds longer on the ball every time. It was even winding me up and I wanted them to lose.

PSG have won 4 out of 4 shootouts this season. I'd say skill is a much bigger factor than luck.

I'm not going to do that and start a slinging match, suffice to say that when it comes to refereeing decisions some days you're the bug, other days you're the windscreen.

Funny how it was probably his arrogance going 5th and wanting the glory. He probably had Erling on his mind while running up to take it, but there was nobody obstructing the goalkeeper for him for the penalty.

Actually irrational that he was down to take the fifth, especially given he’s never taken a penalty for Arsenal before.
