Arsenal Thread | 2025/26

Sure but we're not better vs that PSG side than we showed. The way we played is the best outcome we could have hoped for - take them to pens. If we invest in better attacking options and change tactically we'd have a better chance in future but we were hardly going to have a gunfight with PSG who are arguably the best club side since Pep's Barca team or the Centurions.

Although hes won you the league, and all credit for that, arteta keeps proving that in the biggest of games he doesnt feel confident enough to go toe to toe. Hes done it on more than one occasion against us and last night wasnt a pretty watch.

When will he, with his billion pound squad, go into the biggest of games think “come on then”!

I dont think he ever will because he knows hes not quite elite level.
Good… but not very good

A lot of cocky individuals doubling down in their squad seem to think they can go even further next season let’s see when you are everyone’s cup final and everyone in Europe will want a bit of them too.
If the refs and VAR do there jobs right then it will be a huge disadvantage to them

Crazy isn't it. Personally, I think they will regress next season and come third at best, not improve. Especially given they surely won't repeat the 'no penalties conceded and no red card' feat!

There fans are insufferable, just watch the interviews on tv, I get they are excited but there’s no humility, they’ll win next year and the CL etc, just fuck off,

One of my best friends is an Arsenal fan and his 24 hour grace period is almost over! Oh the fun i'm going to have tonight (may have an open groomsmen spot by the end of the day).

Just watching the bbc news of course it shown arse open top bus.
It said the party is well under way.
Ive seen lively and noise funerals
Holding a parade the day after losing the CL final is a risky move. As we saw in Trafford in 2009/10, straight after they got spanked by Messi and co. It's a bit like going to a wedding after just finding out your wife wants a divorce. You try to put a brave face on it, but inside the tears are flowing.

bored of all this parade bullshit from fans of all teams
Loads of people turned up and as far as I can tell and arsenal it would appear are a huge club

But fed up of people saying no one was there (lots were there) and fed up of people telling me there was 1.5m there (2.5% of the population).

Who cares
If your team wins and has a parade enjoy it
