Arsenal Thread | 2025/26

Holding a parade the day after losing the CL final is a risky move. As we saw in Trafford in 2009/10, straight after they got spanked by Messi and co. It's a bit like going to a wedding after just finding out your wife wants a divorce. You try to put a brave face on it, but inside the tears are flowing.
Or going through with the wedding because you can’t get your money back do might aswell have a big piss up all the same

I just found Gabriel's penalty inspiration...

Worst one I saw was Sterling at Leicester - Worse than Stewart v Blackpool.

The draw gave them an extra point for the CWC and we are unlikely to catch them, it will be hard even to catch Liverpool.

They had a very good season, despite enjoying the conclusion to last night's game, they had a much better season than us and it will be interesting to see how next season unfolds.

Sure but we're not better vs that PSG side than we showed. The way we played is the best outcome we could have hoped for - take them to pens. If we invest in better attacking options and change tactically we'd have a better chance in future but we were hardly going to have a gunfight with PSG who are arguably the best club side since Pep's Barca team or the Centurions.
So you want to spend dirty Emirates oil and illegal owner loans money then change your way of playing. Why if your the bestest team ever?

I blame Mrs Junkie for this but we are up in North London to visit our five week old granddaughter.
Staying in a Travelodge and it’s like cockroaches, they are fecking everywhere tonight.
Just heard a Tarquin tell reception there were 1.5 million fans at the parade.
I shit you not.
