If the footballing mandarins can retrospectively hand out match bans for violent play unseen by the ref, why can't they retrospectively hand out bans for diving, and why don't the club on the crap end of it come out and cite the player for cheating.

I'd love to see this done. There are some that are iffy, but if you have a good replay that shows a blatant dive like in this case then I dont see why this cant be implemented.
