To quote Wenger from 06.."Players who dive should be banned."
I hope that is quoted back to him ni the interview afterwards, where no doubt he'll say he hasn't seen it properlly.
Wenger has the right to turn around tomorrow and fine Eduardo for his disgraceful acts. But he wont, they don't condem it, no one does.
The players are at fault for doing it and the managers and clubs are at fault for not for not condeming it.
It's outrageous, it's been going on for a few years now, wenger biggest culprut everyone in the ground saw it as a dive, the keeper tries to get out of the way, he doesn't even touch him, Eduardo is in mid in air, halway through his dive before Boruc is anywhere near him.
There are just so many people are responsible for this, players diving, managers not condeming it, I mean can you imagine the Man U game and say Berbatov dives and wins a penalty-winning the game for Man U, Wenger would go made about it.
It's gotten so out of hand, yet no one is prepared to condem it, he could easily and be well within his right, fine eduardo, but he wont.
I mean, I think, and the point was made at half time here that there should be something like an independent citing commissioner, like they have in rugby, where the independent official can cite a player after a game for his actions and suspend them.
There are a lot of things that could be down to stamp out diving, yet NOTHING is being done, it's only being encouraged and rewarded.
