One of those games where you judge the performance and not the result, we actually played decent tonight, deserved the win.

Couple of crossbars and a couple of good saves, could have been 5 or 6-1 before that mental decision.

A point away from home in the CL isnt bad.

The referee was an absolute joke tonight, fell for every dive and fuck knows what they were doing giving that penalty.

Winning the ball and not even touching the opposition player is a penalty now is it...

Gvardiol had a bit of a mare
We need more from reindeer
At times we were very disorganised, but Monaco played well and were tough opponents
Ref was a prick. Can't believe how many wrong decisions he gave and Monaco soft free kicks
Great save from Donna Summer
Fantastic finishes from Haaland
Very unlucky with those two efforts off the bar
As for hoddle and that other **** on commentary!

I'm sure everyone will talk about the ref, but more concerning is just how easy to get at we looked whenever they had the ball. Our team speed in midfield and defence is shocking when you come up against a team with Monaco's pace.

And while I love him, Pep keeping Bernardo on all game was mind boggling.

Turd referee.. not a pen at all. Face hits foot, not foot hits face!

Haaland awesome.

Gvardiol with a fucking mare.. and if we play Trafford, he saves Monaco's first goal!!!

In soccer, a raised foot near the head is a foul called "playing in a dangerous manner" or, more colloquially, a "high boot". A referee can call this foul even if no contact is made, as the action itself is a threat to a player's safety.
