Mate, Stones was getting roasted for pace constantly on the right hand side. He just had to swap him for Nunes.

We had two great chances to score again but hit the woodwork both times, which was nothing to do with the subs.

We were better after the subs. We started the second half really poorly.

Fed up of blaming refs because we weren't able to score enough goals.

We have to try more to get more shots on target. This is the same complaint for years now.

Good point in the context of it with a totally corrupt ref. One of the worst i have ever seen.
But as usual. Only ourselves to blame. 10 shots to 1 in tje 1st half but yet again, bar Haaland we lack a goal threat.
2nd half was on Pep. How often to we come out after a good 1st half and totally collapse. abysmal 2nd half performance.

Nothing new learnt. Our defence is nowhere near good enough, Dias and Gvardiol, we need proper, tough, CBs and a RB. We still have s severe lack of pace in the team as any acceleration by them left our midfield for dead and zero creativity or goals in the team bar Phil and Haaland. Need huge upgrades on both wings.
Silva sadly is gone, offers nothing going forward anymore,

I was blaming Gonzalez initially but then on seeing him getting the ball first it is a farce of a decision. The referee was awful with giving that freekick to start with. Still a bit braindead lifting your leg that high.

Poor performance overall but unlucky draw.

Even if you get the ball!!!
A boot that high is classed as ENDANGEREING an opponent.

Therfore the pen was always gonna get given.

It's going to sound harsh. But why in 2025 is our right hand side Bernardo Silva and John Stones?

We have no right hand side. Every attack has to be funnelled down the left because there's no output on the other side.

I'm not that arsed about the result. You can draw in this new group stage, but I'm arsed about in us not having a side of the pitch that we can attack down.

Khusanov makes a different but we definitely need to get a top class attacking wide right player.

It was an awful decision, but nico is the wrong side and lost dier!

We won’t get an easier away game, they were abysmal, and we weren’t far behind.

I don’t know who we think we are trying to see out games after 50 mins, we have far too many errors prone players.

Garbage performance. Only Foden shows any intent. The lack of pace at the back is staggering. Bernardo needs to go in January, slows everything down even when we had a great break at the end he decided to check back. Stones is also not the answer at RB.

Yep.
Unfortunately the 2nd string is a dud. Our subs don't come on and shine. They come on and mess up.
Something is wrong with the fringe players. When they get a start they don't shine, when they come on late they are shaky.
