AS Monaco (A) | CL | Post Match Thread

Yes, Nico's boot is above waste level, its still a foul. It sucks. But its not cheating.

We should have done a better job putting them away. We had 40 minutes before they scored to do it.
Nico actually got the ball so good challenge for me. VAR didn’t need to get involved as it wasn’t clear and obvious but I can guarantee that at the other end of the pitch we would not have got that decision.

O’Reily was our best defender the rest back of merchants am sick of us backing off! We need defenders to be aggressive like our attackers are up against most weeks!

Sell Bernado in January and give him the armband. Thats a captain. No excuses. No blame the ref. No blaming others. Blames himself and his team.

This is what being accountable looks like.

While he said he jadnt watched it back, his view and mine " if you kick someone in the head, its a penalty"

I agree with every word. We lost this game and we should do better

Even that **** Lahoz thinks this ref is a ****.
He's the cunts' ****.

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.
I did not think it was possible for you to talk any more shit than what you put in your initial post
Congratulations, you have succeeded in that regard.
Now you're just exaggerating with no cause

We really need to get out of this habit of conceding very late goals pretty fucking quick.

He had to take Rodri off, we need him at the weekend, and he was on a booking, and I'm sure one foot out of place he would have got a second yellow. Doku should have finished the game, as he was defending, something Savinho hasn't a clue about, and more worryingly isn't learning about.

The subs weren't the issue, it was City's, not killing the game off, not going for it.
Doku should have stayed on the pitch 100%, Bernardo Silva out wide right continuously is mind boggling.

Bobb done more in 15 minutes last weekend than Savinho has done in 75 against Burnley, Pep seems to like Savinho even though he's a lazy ****, he doesn't help out defensively and offers absolutely nothing going forward.

Yes we had chances to kill the game off, it doesn't take away the fact the for large parts of that game especially the second half we couldn't really be arsed to go and kill the game off, we were happy enough to keep possession and see the game out which is a dangerous game at 2-1.

We done the same against Brighton a few weeks ago and it came back to bite is on the arse, same happened tonight.

It’s been a penalty in Europe for a long while. If you put your foot up that high in the box and someone else can challenge with their head, they will give it.
Not having this at all, sorry

Doku has a history of muscular injuries and has rarely played 3 games a week for us. Rodri is coming back from a long term injury. Stones is made of glass. Tell me why taking those three off for Savinho, Nico and Nunes is baffling?
Because people come in this forum in disguise, to complain about the greatest manager of all time, and a team that came from obscurity to win 4 leagues in a row with a CL title in between. Spoiled, entitled brats? Or just rivals in disguise injecting nonsense to create chaos?
