They took full advantage with us being weaker. Let's see how Villa performs against our rivals. As for us it was to be expected even though I half hoped we could of suckerpunched Villa.

Our players look absolutely f*cked. Every team we play against seems to have more energy and are always winning the second balls. We are getting battered and conceding goals left right and centre, so might as well give Kalvin minutes in order to give Rodri a rest

Pep has changed the shape to try and accomodate Alverez and Haaland, but it just doesnt work, both are exceptional players but we are giving them crumbs to work with.

Looks like we really should have pulled out the stops to sign Rice back in the Summer. Fair play to Villa and Emery though - they are looking far more than the sum of their parts.
