Starting to look like a team again, at least. Think this comes too early, though.
 
How the fuck are we going to get through this Christmas Fixture Fest and New Year
Bound to pick up more injuries almost inevitable
And my biggest fear is Pep levels the playing field against Salford and plays a load of kids

Hopefully, some players back to bolster the defence. Get Ortega back in, how he was dropped for Juve and Utd is a mystery to me.
Gundo cannot start and I'm thinking the same about Phil Football too. Pair of them have been anonymous for weeks.
Struggling to name a side at the moment that gives me much confidence. Perhaps start Gvardiol up front alongside Erling, that way he can continue scoring and be less of a worry at the other end.
Ortega, Dias, Akanji, Gvardiol, Kova, Erling, Jack in central midfield...ermmm...give young Wright a chance, he looks like a player to me...Doku wide left, Bernardo on the right..that leaves two more...darn it, Gundo and Phil Football

I don’t like to start with Doku or Savinho. They don’t have any structure in mind just random play and their only tricks are no longer new to the PL defenders. Maybe come up in the last 15 minutes against tired legs.
Silva has been dreadful lately too. Ideally we should play Nunes at left wing but we don’t have LB or CB to release Nunes to the wing position.
 
Having read the player performance thread, it’s probably for the best if we don’t turn up and forfeit the game and lose 3-0.

Tony Book can do the compulsory manager interviews.
