He’s never had a run of games. He’s not pony, he’s just not showed he’s equal to Laporte and Stones yet.

Fernandinho was an 8 for most of his career pre City. Wonder if he will get to reprise that role tonight.

If he plays i imagine thats where it will be. He certainly looks to be playing further forward in his sub appearances when Rodri is still on

Love the guy but he’s 36 now… not sure he’ll have the legs to play as an 8
