I watched it again, and yes I think he does. Does that make a difference? He still fouls him in my opinion.

I'm not convinced by that, can't tell from that if he gets the ball from that angle and it looks like the contact comes after he plays the ball.
I swear they showed a better angle on the big screen that showed Dias getting the ball.
I'll watch the the longer game highlights in 20 minutes.
Doesn't look like a clear and obvious error either way.

Never a pen, gets the ball.
Something which is totally ignored.
The contact comes after Dias plays the ball.
It certainly isn’t a clear and obvious error considering he plays the ball.

you can still foul someone after playing a ball - but yeah it certainly wasnt a clear and obvious error so i dont think they should have given it
