Talked about the demands from pep from the club. talked about criticisms from his father and he talks to people in the club and at home, he watches all his games to see if he can improve and he believes he can improve his game. He just came across as good honest lad, self deprecating and top sense of humour. He's tougher than his hair suggests.
 
Fuck it, i was going to phone in sick tomorrow & go on the lash but i'll just go in now, i'll play it cool & all the Liverpool fans will be expecting me to be in their faces & will relax.
I'll leave it to lunchtime, they'll think they got away with it & then i'll put all the flags up whilst they're on their break
 
Thank you for the most stressful 90 minutes of the year City. Thank you for making sure the tenner my lad insisted on me spending on a Champions 2022 bucket hat at the stadium wasn’t wasted. Thank you to all the fellow blues who cheered the lads off the bus, got trams, buses, trains, planes and automobiles in, or jumped up and down in the living room and frightened the neighbours by roaring at the telly. Thank you for all the time I couldn’t give two shits about work or anything else because the most important thing in the world in that moment was happening on the pitch. Thank you because Manchester is BLUE. Best club in all the land and all the world!
