Well, after due consideration, all I can say is God may have willed it, but He sure took his fucking time. But He will not be hurried…
Yep, no subs, no title. This is not a complaint against the manager, just a question to you all. Why did we not start with the defence we finished with?. I would love to know why Pep picked the defence that started. The subs changed the game, Zinc and Gundo were magnificent when they came on. Cancelo and Sterling excellent down the right seemed more balanced
There were still some gobshites in the Piccadilly Tavern at about 8pm, singing their little song about a trophy they won 10 years before they were bornI was surprised how quickly they pissed off home. Thought they might have wanted to witness the presentation.
Wasnt that also Delias 'lets be aving you' game? That’s an amazing statistic.
Eh? 8-\I don’t….When he let down the club big time during lockdown I emailed the club. I then received a personal phonecall from his agent..Dean Ashton. I was informed by Mr Ashton that “Kyle is a young player”……FFS he was 29…
A history of crass behaviour both off and on the field throughout his career.
One of the worst ‘professionals’ at MCFC and only bailed out by the totally obnoxious subsequent behaviour of Benjamin Mendy.
Has pace……but very little else. No role model.
I can't understand why he didn't head for the tunnel like Usain Bolt when thousands of fans entered the pitch.I didn't condone it I said I thought it was wrong but yes part of me thought he couldn't complain. He wasn't exactly assaulted was he? Some bloke running past bumped into him and yelled at him. The stewards assigned to getting players off the pitch probably actually made it look worse as they were pulling and pushing him to get him off the pitch.
Why on earth were you at Burnley? Even if you had free tickets and was offered a place on the bench with an option to come on once they were losing I am not sure why you would want to watch that over (presumably) your own team in a match of such importance???Was at Burnley yesterday , can't believe their are people on here seem pleased they were relegated rather than dirty Leeds. Even the Newcastle fans hoped Leeds would go down. Anyway came off the match totally miserable with my mates in despair thinking City had blown the title having heard we were 2 0 down. Got to the club and found out the score, I was the only happy man in the club but couldn't show it in the face of such grief. One thing for sure while their is no love for City in Burnley everyone was delighted the scousers had lost the title. They really shot themselves in the foot booing our national anthem and insulting the Royal family the whole country seems to have taken offence yet the press believes everyone loves them. Think they will get a shock how many English people will be cheering Real Madrid next week. Whatever any one else thinks hope the Clarets are soon back in the prem.
Villa crowded the middle of the pitch making us go wide, they kept showing us inside and then broke with pace, they got it spot on. But..we bring on wide men to attack on the outside, sterling right side, zinchenko left, cancelo also right, the tactical change worked as 2 goals came from those players going round their full back, Gerrard didn't react and that's the difference between a good manager and a great one.
Well they've got Gerard as manager so they're well on their way.Wankers most of them. The enjoyment they were getting from denying us the title was tangible. Pretty sure a few would have had dipper tops on under their Villa shirts. Probably linked to the Liverpool connection with Gerrard and Coutihno. Small time bastards who deserve mid table mediocrity at best.
Worth a watch....
You also had the privilege of seeing me before the game.Had the privilege of discussing the team selection before the match with Bill De Niro. One in a million mate.
True mate. You must be the lucky omen lol.You also had the privilege of seeing me before the game.
All the subs went crazy, running across the pitch. Except Walker, who legged it down to the corner of the ground where I was in the second tier. Even not 100% fit, he's rapid!Haha only just noticed Bernie running across the pitch after the third. Top man
About 5 seconds later Stones picks up Foden and gives him a bear hug. Is there any pictures of that?View attachment 44198
Now, THAT is a picture. Some of you ne'er do wells on here are probably in there somewhere.
