Not sure I feel like rushing for 1 and a half hours over to Manchester to watch a strange team lineup with players who should be in their positions sat on the bench and then those that are on the pitch play slow lethargic football with very few dangerous attacks and give the opposition a goal start. I know people lose their heads when we lose but has the concept of a player being injured really gone out of the window?

He's been out for 8 weeks with a hamstring injury. Before that he was starting every game.

If he's not playing now, it's probably because the 5 minutes when he made his return in the previous Spurs game didn't go well and they don't want to rush him back, not some conspiracy from Guardiola to stop playing one of his favourite players just to annoy you.
