Have to admit I'm struggling to get into this one. Partly guess because it's got nothing riding on it, but also I think because I don't want to face up to the fact that it's the end of an era.

Hopefully I'll feel better about it by weekend, but I'd be all for making Stones captain for one half, Bernie for the other. I think Savinho is one we need to throw in and make a decision on, either he's good enough to challenge for a starting eleven spot or he goes this summer.

My concern about this game is the mental state of both teams. The City camp will understandably be a bit down after this week and the impending departure of Bernie, Stones and Pep (possibly) whereas Villa will still be on a high after their midweek win. Hopefully they are still tired from their travels and maybe a bit hungover.
