Very sure. There's no need to respect Villa like we had to respect Chelsea and stats show Tevez and Aguero win matches together. Call me old fashioned but you need to score goals to win matches and Tevez is an extremely likely candidate to do so.

Massive eight goals this season.

Massive?

Edit: I'm unable to reel off stats so I've had to go on to the City site for this. Aguero has scored 9 from 23 league appearances and 8 from 23 league appearances. Both players have made a contribution this season.

Tevez scored a screamer last week, following up a goal against Leeds, but all our forwards have struggled this season....none more so than Tevez. Aguero's general play is far better and I'd start him wherever possible in front of a the 5 man midfield who played so well against Chelsea

hehe ......

Southampton play above themselves to turn us over at their place two weeks ago ...... and today are back to churning out the usual shite on their home turf as bottom side QPR take them to the cleaners !

It says everything about us , doesn't it , when a relegation haunted side can get a result that we can't , simply because they 'wanted it' more than we did!

Think it says what all know already. That we had an absolute collective stinker. I don't think we'll see a performance that bad again this season.

Fancy us of course and unlike last year where lescott got a late winner, this time i recon we'll win comfortably - he says hoping

Agreed.

After the chelsea game i would hope mancini's first words were to ask why we can't play with such desire every game.

If this was the scum playing Villa we would all be saying how they don't lose games like this -
Routine win blah de blah and here we are still doubtful and worried as ever about it, even after the ADUG revolution and the world class players we now have. It is in our DNA to feel like this and it's one aspect of being a City fan I hope we never lose because it is a reminder to us all to show respect and humility and to never become arrogant and cocky like they are

I couldn't agree more. As soon as we start to assume we have a God given right to beat teams like Villa then we are becoming arrogant, ignorant and dare I say just like the rags.

I have a good friend who's a United fan and he's frightened before every game they play, just like we are for our games. He also thinks we're gonna win every game we play, so perhaps we're not so different after all.
