Yet another one? lol!

My next door neighbours have done this recently. Seems to becoming very popular, and I saw only recently an article about the different types you can get.

Next door neighbours looks OK, but they have only done a small area with the rest paved.

Pricey though.

I stick with the natural stuff because there is nothing to beat the smell of real grass when mown.
or when you suffer from.......achooooo,sniff sniff... hayfever

Oh yeah, it smells nice for a bit, but try having two ton bags full of grass clippings in a van for two days. Not pleasant at all! And it's so hot (decomposing) I burnt my bloody hand emptying the bags!

did my garden last year not cheap and the prep work if you want it right is not easy 2 dogs and 2 kids was the reason for me as they fucked the lawn

got the astro on line but it took an age to come as it was shipped in from norway and was not cheap 65m2 cost over a grand only comes in 4m wide rolls but any length and if your garden is bigger than that which most are you will have to join it

but what i will say is it was the best money i have spent the astro is uefa approved so looks like the 3G stuff and will last for at least 10 years and i must admit it does look good all year round and no fucking mud

you fit it like a carpet basically and you can now get it from a lot of garden centres and some builders merchants if you get it and do the prep work before laying it you will not regret it

I have a section of my garden that I was contemplating putting some decking down and a few chairs so that the one hot day of the year can be spent outside .
Then out of the blue an idea struck me while pricing decking up in been and queed .
What about some greenery ?

Where can I get some decent quality astroturf from ?

I dont want it to look like a shelf from the co op .

The size I need is 12 foot by 9 foot .

Any ideas fellas

Steve

Alright mate, funny enough I was playing golf with a guy who makes this stuff(lancashire based I think) just last week, I'll try to get his contact details.
