Asylum Seekers Merseyside

This odious **** is up to his usual tricks again.
Sadly the comments are as predictable and depressing as you'd expect them to be.

The sad irony is that virtually all the war veterans who actually did the fighting were opponents of brexit because they had seen first hand what could happen in a divided Europe with extremist leaders, fuelled by nationalistic fervour.
Sadly they are gone now and with them goes that experience of what European unity and cooperation means.

They also could spot a Nazi when they saw one

older ? You'd have to be almost 80 to have been born in the late war years never mind recall it or fight it. A lot are gammon - I'll never forget when two elderly ladies were told about shortages being caused by Brexit to which they gave the usual cured ham response " well we managed it during the war and we will again" It was later revealed one was born in 1946 and the other in 48...........

Dementia is a terrible illness.

Oh so its a Tory policy now ? I thought previously it was a Labour Blairite policy? They like to pin that tail on any donkey they can don't they?

That’s anti-establishment Nigel for you. Of course he has nothing to do with the Tories being elected on an 80 seat majority despite his latest party personality cult having an electoral pact with them.

’Churchill turning in his grave’, ‘our grandads fought in the war‘.
I suppose the irony of behaving like the baying mobs in nazi germany screaming abuse at Jews is a bit lost on these cretins.
Derek Hatton will be turning in his grave. If he's dead.

And I suspect he wasn't local to Mansfield or he'd know what the "derelict" hotel was like. 50% one star reviews on tripadvisor!

"The room was very small with a double bed with a tiny room attached which was the shower and toilet . The carpet must have been from the 1960s it was absolutely filthy very worn > the plug sockets was actually hanging from the wall > the tea coffee tray was empty just two cups the tiny kettle looked disgusting I wouldn't have used it anyway ( luckily I had some cold drinks in my ice cream van ) there was a dusty worn chair again probably from the 1960s in the corner > the walls were damp crumbling with mould the same in the bathroom > the sink was cracked with no hot water > the bathtub with a shower attached to the wall look absolutely disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned for a month ."

"the hotel is within spitting distance of the bus station and you could hear buses coming/going until about 11pm and starting up again at 6am"

That's 3 stars with jet2 in tenerife :-)

Yay, the Telegraph gaslighting.

Goody I like a quiz.

It was a mixture of A and C, A being the odious Far Right cunts Patriotic Alternative who had incited C with lies and misinformation.

Classic Telegraph, invoke the bogeyman.
The question however is the same as question 1

A mix of A, B and C, once again incited by the lies and disinformation of B

I can not speak for Ireland, I do not live there. It is interesting that the Telegraph are pandering to the Far Right by including this in their quaint quiz

Love this loaded question as there is no answer. Firstly there is no mention of said Bangladeshi anywhere on google although if anyone finds said incident I am happy to be alerted.

A lot of people could have the ingredients to make a bomb in a garage, they can also have the ingredients to make Jam.

This is pure gaslighting produced in the Daily Mail and is an attack on the ECHR.

You are welcome

How condescending can a newspaper be. I live on a council estate with Nigerian neighbours, I am not a liberal but I am classed as being part of this imaginary metropolitan elite.

I doubt anybody in the Tory cabinet could understand this quiz, it would have been spoiled by crayon drawings.

No surprise that the Telegraph sympathises with the Far Right, their newspaper inspires Far Right views

I am sick of ordinary decent people being used as pawns by the likes of Patriotic Alternative.

Ah! The common sense logical fallacy. If in doubt induce the silent majority argument. The Far Right thankfully are nowhere near a majority but as long as the likes of the Telegraph and Mail offer support for these cunts, they will be a danger to a decent society.

It is not the people who have genuine concerns who are the issue, it is the Far Right who inflame the issues for their own nefarious ends that are the issue. That makes the whole statement above incendiary and pushes people into the hands of the Far Right.

Cleverly worded piece in the Mail used to attack small boats. If true like every other person in this country they should face justice.

So they are asylum seekers now, not illegal immigrants. The Far Right really gets into a tizzy when using their mother tongue. If you read the Mail piece they are not concerned about the girls welfare they are more concerned with showing graphs about numbers of people on boats. They have no safeguarding issues and there are safeguarding issues to consider. In this case I would argue its not the people showing the concern who are Far Right its the Daily fucking Mail.
Hat. Off.
