Good question, he could have stayed at home and used the phone, you wont see me standing in a line from 3am. One phone call on Sat all sorted ticket arrived this morning!

By the looks of it seems there are plenty of tickets still available so i wouldnt panick just yet as i now think this will go to all season ticket holders and maybe below that.

There was the initial rush this morning which i think will happen on most days where 500 - 800 tickets sold plus whatever they get in on the phones but as its been quiet in the afternoons think there will be chance for everyone who wants one.

MEN ran an story a couple of days ago saying they sold over 4,000 on Saturday. Reading between the lines I think all they did was work out how many Category 1 tickets there were (less than 4,000) and produce a figure out of thin air.

The sales are so uneven throughout the day, and you've got people queuing for themselves and up to 5 others and then phoning it's hard to guauge

But anybody who decides to queue, and can get there in the afternoon should do that as it saves so much time....only time that advice would change is when tickets start to run down.....and the mcfc.co.uk will hopefully warn about that

I think you might be waiting 30-45 mins tops. There shouldn't be anything around by 2pm. But i'm not there anymore so just guesstimates from the queue i saw develop and left at 10am.
 
I've found out a mate of mine is in the queue through his Facebook, I'll try get you an update.

***UPDATE***
My mate has been queueing 30 mins and expects another 30 mins wait until he reaches the windows. Hope this helps.
