We need more ‘City’ ‘Manchester’ ‘Manchester City’ ‘Man City’ chants or get the decent old ones going, rather than player chants.

Why on Earth have these disappeared?:
‘Oh Man City, the only football team to come from Manchester’
‘City, were from Manchester’
‘We’re the Pride of Manchester’
‘City til I die’
‘We all follow Man City, over land and sea (and Stretford)’
‘You are my City, my only City, you make me happy when skies are grey’
‘Oh City we love you… we…love…you…City, we do’
[apart from over the tannoy when the teams come out] ‘na na na naaa na na na naaa City’

Player chants are alright when you’re 4-0 up or he’s just scored, assisted, created a great attack or made a great tackle. But aren’t what gets the stadium going at 1-1.

Because too many of the so called singing atmosphere section have absolutely NO idea how or what to do to create a bloody atmospere....its an absolute embarassment.

They had'nt had a bloody clue when we were winning and when the team really needs their support they're singing " How shit must we be"...."We scored a goal"....City's goin down".

The oppo fans must be pissing themselves....humilitating !!

How the fuck can that happen?

As many of us have always thought, the mics at Anfield are positioned and turned up on purpose to improve the Anfield atmosphere on tv.

I'm either going deaf or we're overplaying the post match booing. I only heard a brief spell of booing, perhaps three or four seconds, then a mixture of half-heated applause and silence. There was a fair bit of grumbling going back to the car but that's to be expected after dropping even more points.
