Early kick offs always have a shit atmosphere and negates any home advantage, that said I thought the support was pretty good yesterday all things considered.
On the umbrage taken by some at the hand full of people who booed at the end, it offers an interesting paradox. Those who fuck off with 15minutes to go are slated for disloyalty, yet the ones who booed at the end obviously stayed for the full duration, hence must by definition be loyal supporters. TBH if people want to boo that’s ok with me, this notion supporters should never whisper a word against the team is in my opinion bollocks.
If we had taken our chances none of this stuff would be getting talked about.
Watching on the TV.
I didn’t think the mass exodus with 10 minutes to go was as bad as usual. It looked like most people stayed until the end hoping City would score the winner, which Everton nearly did, and in all honesty should have done, 2 v 4.
