Was living in Burnley In 78 when Celtic trashed the town after an Anglo Scottish Cup match. Seems like a Glasgow tradition.

We stole a gobby Arse fan back in the days of Leicester & Rugby branch. Giving it the big 'un coming out of the ground, so we nabbed him and took him up to Watford Gap Services. Stripped him down to his bracks and gave him bus fare home.

I used to like Rangers when I was younger. They were my ‘second club’ if you can call it that, a bit like also supporting England as I’d always thought of Rangers as Britain’s football club… after 2008, I didn’t feel the same anymore.

To be fair to them, we had Rangers fans on our coach to Wembley supporting City for our games under Mancini down there. They also opened up their pubs and supporters clubs to City fans when we played Celtic away in 2017, and there are still Rangers fans who are also City fans (mainly their older lads now).

But I never felt the same about them after they smashed up Town. What did downstairs windows in apartment blocks and locals’ cars have to be smashed up for? No fucking need for it.

They both do it to their own city n’all.

Celtic ripped out a load of seats in the South Stand in a pre-season friendly a few decades ago and lobbed a bit of broken brick at a little girl City fan’s head before the game.

Then spent almost the entire second half of our CL game with them at the Etihad singing bout the IRA.
 
It was brilliant vocal support from the Rangers fans. Shows what can be achieved if everyone sings. We made a decent effort at Ipswich with half of our end contributing. If everyone joined in there would be none of this listing away ends that weren’t “atmosphere friendly”.
 
Club killed it with the fucking light show and opera singing, what were they thinking after the success of turning the tanniy of pre match for the Derby?

Something that really fucking gets my goat is that stupid Moon gimmick.
