Atmosphere 2024/25

Couldn’t go tonight so watched it on tele.

Sounded like a frustrated/nervous atmosphere in the first half.

When Savinho came on it injected quite a bit of energy. The fans roared the team forward and helped them get the job done.

Last 10 mins, both clubs settled for the result and it was keep ball.

I thought the atmosphere was par for the course (judging from afar).

Why is your first reaction to call out the likes of 1894?

We literally work our arses off trying to get the atmosphere going.

Blame the other 50k fans who do fuck all. Not us.

2nd half was better.

As per, call it an excuse, CL crowds are different to PL crowds.

Loads of Brugge fans in CBL3 abd ESL3 were waving their mobile phone lights in the air.

Let’s be fair. City’s 1st half performance was absolutely dire. There was nothing exciting at all to get the crowd going.

That's because it always is two totally different crowds , one of the big reasons this season I've sacked the chumps league off.
Just got sick of going and hardly hearing a English accent and all the YouTube brigade ect,ect , not for me anymore ill just stick to my league games now and the odd domestic cup game

Just wait until Real Madrid v Bayern. And the expensive match tickets. Soriano will have a field day.

I know m8, it just don't feel like the city i love on these nights anymore , I actually enjoy it more now on TV, never ever thought I'd think like that

1894 do a great job I just wish other parts of the ground would take responsibility for the atmosphere in their own part of the ground. Lets be honest this would really make a difference.
 
Imagine how many Madrid/Bayern fans will be in the home section, chuck in the usual Rag Youtube idiots with Madrid/Bayern shirts who will be filming for their channels - you understand why so many City fans have sacked the Champs league off.

I’ve not even thought about how much the club will price the tickets at!!!!

And before you know it the crowds for league games will be equally non legacy

Same....although league games are getting the same. There's only 4 or 5 people I recognise now at the back of 315....everyone else is different every week.

If we're honest there starting to become that way,,I'm in the cheap seats,,ssl3,,I'll never give that ticket up,,but what normal dad and lad or lads can afford the other prices anymore ,it's not just city ,most clubs are just taking the piss now
 
Near total silence - only 50% familair faces around me at the front of CBL3. Having been in Paris, I get the nerves that suggests even 3-1 isn't good enough...but other than after the second goal for about 5 mins, it was just a small section of the SS singing (and me....).
