The noise was at it's loudest when the players were in the tunnel. I've never heard it like that before. It didn't last but it was superb for 10/15 mins before and at the start of the game.
 
The rustle of the flags is louder than the song in that video. Impressive display though [emoji1362]

Look the atmoshpere was alright. Just listen to the fans of athletico and dortmund they r much better, all their chants are to a beat, they r more passionate chants, they last longer and the chants r cathy. What we need is someone to bring a drum and someone to bring a microphone and this will get the croud going, making up the chants should be easy as well

No we don't.

Our atmosphere reflects the game, their's is monotone and is just in the background. Dortmund's has absolutely no reference to what's happening on the pitch.

Last night whenever we had a good spell the crowd urged the team on and you could feel the excitement at corners and counter attacks. Who gives a fuck if there's a few tense/quiet periods, when the crowd comes alive again it makes it more special.

What do you think pushes players on more: the same chants over and over again in the background or a crowd chanting "come on City!!" Following a good spell?

Organised chanting with drums or a twat with a microphone shouldn't be happening at City, or England for that matter.
 
The crap that BT Sport come out with. Apparently Real will have an advantage in the second leg because of the big pitch.

The Bernabeu is 105 m by 68 m. The Etihad is a mere 105 m by 68 m.
 
If we'd scored last night the roof would have come off. The roar on a couple of occasions when we broke was bloody loud.
