Not being a twat won today. Lads fought for every ball, were lucky too, but it was deserved because city are not twats.
I agree with this 100%. They need to learn from the team at Wembley. Just put hey Jude on. Why on earth do they put the weird remix version of joy division - just play the originalVery wasted opportunity by the DJ not to play Hey Jude at the end

If anyone is complaining about the noise today they definitely only watched it on TV with the sound turned down. Imbeciles.15 months into my 2-year ban and having no choice but to watch from an armchair, it's noticeable the different perspective you get by not being in the ground. At the game it can sound great, for example in SS116 where I used to rock up, but flat elsewhere. It can seem shite but noisy elsewhere and come across well on TV.
The atmosphere came across well today. The limbs in the South Stand when Cherki scored were brilliant. There were no comments from comms about it being flat or quiet. The Arse fans I would say were decent but quiet as mice after our 2nd. They stopped backing their team when they needed them, reverting to type when up against it. The stadium looked packed at the final whistle. The interaction with Donna and the SS was funny as fuck at the end.
Even the Huddersfield rag was impressed.

Sometimes we're just too fucking hard on ourselves and line up to slag off our own, but today it's a well done to all from this armchair fan, you did us proud.
Up the fucking Blues (sorry Sheila).
Feels like you’re making out that it was bad today. It wasn’t, there was an incredible nervous energy, superb atmosphere IMO.The 4-1 against them three years ago was 10x better than that today.
Cos we're tearing cockneys apart again !I agree with this 100%. They need to learn from the team at Wembley. Just put hey Jude on. Why on earth do they put the weird remix version of joy division - just play the original
It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t amazing. Start of the second half was dead,Cherki was urging the crowd to be loud and rightly so.Feels like you’re making out that it was bad today. It wasn’t, there was an incredible nervous energy, superb atmosphere IMO.
I agree to a point. At times there was multiple songs going on at once.I suspect the very different perceptions of the atmosphere are coming from people who sat in different areas. There was a good level of overall noise but it wasn’t that often that the stadium got together to belt out a song. There was often 2,3, even 4 songs going at once. And whilst that new song is fun, it doesn’t spread around yet.
I don't think the game three years ago was any better or worse than yesterday's atmosphere, they were both great I don't understand this need to compare.Feels like you’re making out that it was bad today. It wasn’t, there was an incredible nervous energy, superb atmosphere IMO.
