It’s about one of our most famous and brilliant title wins.Was about to post the same thing. I find it really odd when we spend most the time signing about older players who didn’t contribute or win anywhere near as much as the current crop.
Find it a bit odd. Particularly as Dzeko isn’t exactly aguero levels in terms of contributions to city

There’s a reason the Amorin song keeps getting sung. Enough Blues join in to make it heard.
We need the Edin Dzeko song back, like at Huddersfield.

But when we did sing new songs like 'awoooooo, I'll follow you everywhere ' this place was full of moaners saying it was stupid etc.
They moan about Blue Moon being sung, they moan about two separate sections singing different songs.
They moan about every fuckin' thing the South Stand, 1894, the singing section do.
Some would even moan about We Love You City as they support City rather than love them.
It is weird.

1) Lock the gates until full time & keep the darters in.
2) Adopt ex players,songs for current players.....they are not sacrosanct.
3) Only break out the A Moron song when we're beating the rags. Twixt, adopt the tune, which is atmospheric, with words for Erling.
( SLOWLY) " Oh Erling Haaaaaland,
scoring goals for Ciiity,
winning cups for Ciiity,
oh Erling Haaaaaland "
It's embarrassing that the finest goal scorer in world football, and arguably our only globally recognised super star, is only recognised by 'Haaland,Haaland,Haaland'.
4) Equally embarrassing is that,7 years after making his debut, there is no regular song or chant for Phil Foden the finest product of the academy and a lifelong City fan.
" One 'F' in Foden,

If 1894 want to be the protest & flags group,we need another group who are dedicated to creating (or regenerating) songs and chants for the current era and players.

And so they should ….Chants are like fads.
When City won the CL the CL chants were sung constantly.
Now United are shit, and looking like they are going down, :-) the United chants are being sung constantly.

Huddersfield on Wednesday night - not a tourist in sight and a brilliant away end. What’s more important to you Soriano - match day income or match day support? Rhetorical

Tough time with it all last season, but wanted to crack on this year.
Up for Napoli, watched the youth..... questioned at the door at Mary D's to excess(again ).....I'm a fat, balding carrot cruncher.....not sure I look or sound like an ultra.
Into the Townley Saturday, good atmosphere, made to feel welcome...ticket this time in obviously a different part of the ground. People around me, lovely guys....sorry to ask, where did you get your ticket etc etc.
Been coming as much as I can since I was 14..... really enjoyed the game Saturday, join in with songs, chants etc...but the atmosphere has definitely changed.......
