How do I add an attachment from my pc to a reply? Do I need permission from the Administrators?

you have to upload your images onto a photo sharing site or similar, then get the direct URL to the picture and put that between the [ img ] and [ / img ] tags

That seems a lot of faffing about, why can't you just copy and past like embedding an image in an e-mail?
