Attendance reporting - Just Guess like Sky

If I remember correctly the Att v Arsenal was 53,533
Villa was 53,422. Why report them as same?
I know City don’t always declare the attendance straight after for some reason.

All a bit meaningless anyway, while they give the figure of the number of tickets sold/ distributed, rather than the number who actually attended.
