As for "it's only Swansea", I go to watch City and who we are playing, so long as it's a meaningful game is of little importance. Same for most blues I know. You may be different which is fair enough but I'd take a league game against Swansea vs a friendly against anyone, any day of the week.

Apparently people in blocks other than 111 have recieved a letter:
"If they keep sending stupid fucking letters out like the one received today from Peter Fletcher about ''sitting down'' in every other section except 111, the crowds will dwindle off, people go to football match's to experience an atmosphere aswell as see ther favourite players, football Stadiums are not fucking libraries, the ''ETIHAD'' will never be a Maine Road!"

You still didn't explain how Swansea in the league is a smaller game than a preseason exhibition friendly. Is that because you are unable to and as such, your "funny" post is simply shit?

There should be more stand up blocks in the East Stand! this creats what is known as an ''Atmosphere'' that is where most of the singing is done in my opinion anyway at least from 108 upwards!! did people not sing ''We are are the Kippax'' not that long ago in the East stands???????

City make me piss at times!!! try getting the dippers to sit down & the Rags in the shitford end!!!! We hav'nt even got our own fucking end to sing from FFS officially!!!! and now they are trying to stop us standing up, No wonder our attendances are starting to drop off, I for one don't fucking want to go to games like the ones when we first went too at the COM's the atmospheres at most of the games were absolutely shit!!!!!!!

I feel a discrimination law suit goIng to fletcher.
Preferential treatment to said blocks. What if everyone stood up in other blocks,are they going to kick us all out.Or could i argue that they do it so i should i be allowed as well.
Surely giving more people the option there would be a lot moe standng than not.

I've not received this letter but just renewed in 109, 3rd row.
Got a feeling the first 5-6 games are going to be ruined again with constant arguments with stewards, people standing up/down, getting kicked out, stewards standing up telling people to sit down and blocknig your view. Nightmare.
By now, everyone that goes to games knows that 109-111 were all standing for the majority of last season and so if they had a problem they would have relocated over summer. And if anyone did seriously complain surely the club would have offered them a chance to re-locate anyway.
Not looking forward to Monday now half as much as you can guarantee the stewards will all be trying to lay down the law like they did unsuccessfully last time, leading to argument after argument.
My 'matchday experience' will be ruined!
