Can someone explain it to me?I've got 600 credits and it takes 1 credit per bid,so shall I use them all up or if I bid and win do I need that number of credits left in my account?

THis is quite possibly the worst of City's inventions. There's hardly ever anything to buy, the auctions take too long and the whole thing is just shite.
