Took 3 separate calls to sky arguing the toss finally the last guy put it on no probs said it would be less than 40p on bill

Pretty much how mine went. They really a re thick as fuck, saying that though I got a new 2TB HD box off them for fuck all last week.

Only just gone back to em as Virgin have been taking the piss with us. Anyway it's on now so can relax

Well I got the 1TB one last October as part of a multiroom upgrade, but it started fucking up during that hot spell we had. I thought it was the dish fucking up but I called them out anyway. He said he only had 2TB ones in his van but wouldn't charge me. Result.
