Quiet, and full of plastics.

Expensive trip too, as are most of the London aways.

Am I alone in finding the capital trips not worth the outlay?

Think I'll keep them to a minimum nest season.

and if the plastics weren't there it would have been half empty I suppose? Which would you prefer?

did it even go on general sale? how do these 'day trippers' get all the tickets anyway?

Vinnie Tweeted there were a lot of Bellends there ???

Edited for accuracy.............

Only just got back (Mitch's tours took us to a pub near Villa's ground for last orders on the way home).

Behind me everyone was Belgian. When we scored I turned round for someone to celebrate with and they were all just stood there, arms folded.

How many loyalty points did it sell out at again?

The Belgians sat behind us were members of the MCFC Supporters Club in Belgium & that's how they obtained their tickets.

I think supporters need to take an entrance exam before being allowed to buy away tickets. Name the 68 line up and formation. Provide proof of attendance at York. That sort of thing. We're lowering the tone for you "proper" fans.

I take it that all "proper" fans couldn't get tickets then? Defo went on general sale so no excuse for not getting a ticket and losing out to day trippers

Odd, as I've got over 9500 points on my season card, applied through my OSC branch so that I could sit with my kids, who've got a lot less points, and yet none of us got a ticket. I ended up having to blag one off a mate, as open sale was over by the time we found out, and the kids stayed home. From the number of camera wielders on display though, there's some real bullshit going on with ticket allocations.
City section was at least full mind........unlike the Tarquin's

I lost my blackberry somehow in the post-Silva celebrations yesterday - I saw some people the row in front of me holding one up but it didn't click because it's my work phone not my normal phone and I'm daft! If anyone has it or knows anything about it, please could you pm me, I don't think I can start a new thread as I very rarely post. Cheers

City are giving less of the away allocations to us lot and are putting them out as corporate these days
Can't agree with your post as it was on general sale for at least a week which is open to any blue card member

So if anyone wanted a ticket they could have one, so less of the bull shit eh?

OK, so explain the tourists in the City section last Tuesday night; that didn't go on open sale to anyone who wanted them.
And I didn't notice many in attendance on a wet midweek night at White Hart Lane. Is that because rags and arse are more "glamour" games?

It went to BlueMembers and Sold Out in 40minutes. It was one of those 'couldn't be arsed' to pay £62.... for many Season Ticket holders, then when they realised it was such a Big Game, they were scrambling around for Tickets after it Sold Out... As for BlueMembers not being 'as big fans' as Season Ticket holders - well that's just bollocks....

These tourists, plastics, new fans etc etc people talk of,i'm afraid if we want to keep growing, then we can't do without them.

@Toure_yaya42: This was not an easy one. Very supportive city fans as usual!! Cant thank you enough!

Agree though London trips usually tend to be calmer. I put it down to loads being hammered drunk, especially with late evening kick offs. Used to live in London so used to get there in good time in good voice while lots who had travelled were too mashed. Only my opinion from experience.

Only this - I saw more blues than usual in a fairly "drowsy" state today, I doubt they could have strung two words together let alone the Pab Zab song.
Yeah guy behind me looked one off passing out
