Away fans / tourists in home sections

weird that when they sent tickets back and we seemingly didn't sell out all our seats, how does that happen
They didn't send any back, they could of sold a lot more.

Why are attendances and away following so I'm the spotlight nearly every commey you read on social media is incorrect. We've gone from Plymouth will have 3k+ in our end to they didn't sell out!

Grabbed me and pulled me towards him, for no good reason.

I reacted, probably over-reacted if I'm honest, and it escalated from there.
Dodge ,here's an article to look into about stewards at Brentford being heavy handed and if you put a search into Google about Brentford Stewards you can also find other articles about them and their behaviour .

Any FOC will tell you in the days we were shite yet still sold out our away following
You would do anything to get into a game I.e in the away end
Bradford away must have been 40 blues in the corner were i stood in the home end
Chucked out of Stretford end when I was spotted
I could list more so I get why today they would do anything to get to the game
What pisses me off is when you look at some of our away games is you can tell some of the supporters are not genuine regular blues and some of us can’t get some Aways

I know mate.

It’s obviously not confined to our club and our end either, especially when you have Plymouth fans complaining that City fans were in their end FFS!
First Spurs, now Plymouth lol.

It’s better if we are in our own ends but I was once infamously applauded back to my seats in the rags end at the swamp. A story for another day

Away fans should be allocated SSL1 NOT SSL3 for cup ties.

SSL3 MUST become an exclusive City zone, under the acoustic roof which projects noise.

It shouldn't matter that cup away fans may be seen on TV. It happens infrequently.

There are no compromises re segregation, coach logistics etc but potential improvements to H & S.

#SSL3sacrosanct4city

I had 3 (who were kicked out after celebrating) to my left late teens and 2 older guys to my right today. The latter kept schtum but crazy that there we loads all over

@grecian55

Appreciate that mate, thanks. Over the last couple of years there's also been steward issues with West Ham and Chelsea.

Small time cunts.

I stand in 115, row Y, the singing section, SSL1.

Unbeknown to me there were 2 Plymouth fans in the row infront of me.

They left a few minutes before the end of the match.

The girl stood to the right of them, told me, when I got talking to her after they had left.
Was 2 near us in 113 too. No reaction to our goals but a small token clap was the giveaway.

I’d rather not have a full house. I hope the twatting the Liverpool fan got last week put their fans off buying from the tout sites and well done for once to City for cancelling Plymouth fan tickets in the home end.

I hope for more days like today to come when it comes to ticketing.

What do you think of people like me who are often in home stands when I can't get a ticket for away games.
I don't have enough points to get tickets .
I have used those sites , it costs a bit more but it's the only way I will ever watch City away at places like utd now .
I don't jump up when City score and on my best behaviour. Apart from 2 times
Away at Blackburn 2000 game I was surrounded by blues in the jack walker stand
Also away at Luton when they banned away supporters, I thought fuck it I wanted to make a point.

I've stopped going now .
Sadly mate
Yeah noticed we hadn't seen you for a while. Maybe 4/5 years ago, at Brighton?

To be honest, the way it's going I won't be far behind you. It's just not our City any more. I'll still do the Euro aways, just for the craic, but the 200 mile round trip every other weekend just isn't the same buzz it used to be. I'll still make the pilgrimage up North to see family and friends, but it'll be the pub for the game.

Yeah, I've been the same there was a time that i'd do anything to watch City - That's long gone. Hime ends at Anfield, OT, Elland road, Highbury etc but the rules were always the same keep your head down and don't take the piss.
