I've just been checking, following a tweet from Supporter Services advising people not to use unauthorised sellers. Helpfully, it directs you to the official website which lists the official ones. We all know about Thomas Cook but it seems there are 16 others, which was surprising. Here's the link:

These include viagogo, who I thought we'd got rid of. I checked these for Chelsea tickets in a couple of weeks and was horrified. Don't forget that these are authorised sellers so presumably have these tickets from the club. One site, RCI, was offering a ticket in CB324, which is just an ordinary seat, for £252' Face value is £59.50 so it's more than 4 times face value. There were loads in 93:20, which are just premium seats and don't include any food and drink, some priced at over £300, which is probably 3-4 times face value.
Other highlights included tickets in the Commonwealth & 1894 Bars, which offer seats on the halfway line in tiers 1 & 2 of the East Stand, plus a programme and VIP Parking but nothibng else (food & drink separate) for £450. Another (American) site was offering an off-site package (meal in Manchester then transport to ground and back) for $686 (c£525) that the club was offering for £300.
Even worse, there were loads of tickets on Stubhub, which isn't an authorised partner as far as I can see and therefore acting illegally in reselling tickets. Tickets in 93:20 were going for just over £300 on there. Sell the Big 5 games on there at those prices and you've made your money back for 93:20, for which prices range from £1,215 to £1,370.
One of the reasons they advise you not to use unauthorised sellers is that you will pay inflated prices yet the club seem to exercise no control whatsoever over their authorised sellers, who charge inflated prices.
