Away tickets

Stlll no sign of the Spurs away tickets. The match is next Tuesday FFS and a lot of people will probably stay in London after the semi. I was told: "Don't worry you can collect a duplicate from Spurs on the night." That sounds likely on the first big night of a new stadium! Why don't they just send a comms message out via twitter or the website telling fans what is happening? City's customer services is just light years behind where they need to be. Nothing seems to be joined up in their back office.
 
Re: Crystal Palace Tickets - they were never SUPPOSED to go on Sale to Citizens (the Criteria ended with a Season Ticket Holder - General Sale) and of late Sunday night, there were very, very few Restricted View Tickets left... so they must've all been snapped up.... no 'conspiracy theory' here...
 
All tickets for Palace should be classed as restricted view. Worst ground in the league possibly for seeing the game. That aside, has anyone received their tickets for Palace or Spurs yet?

Cool, the reason I'm asking is Palace away was supposed to have went on sale at 9am to Citizen Match day members yesterday but they never came on sale online at all and there are one or two tweets complaining to supporters services about this, I was constantly hitting refresh in the hope that the tab would change from "restricted sale" to buy tickets but it never did then at 09:22 a tweet went out saying it was sold out again with complaints to the SS twitter feed. So I'm wondering if any returned tickets would go back on sale to Cityzens MD members?

SS tweeted that they were on sale to Cityzen match day members and the criteria changed on the OS as well.

I agree it is a farce - they could have been sent out 9 days ago and nothing yet.

Did they even bother to tell you when they planned to send them? Saturday is too late to wait for knowing delivery is likely to be 1130.

I had a look the night before and got an error selecting a single and selecting more than 2 not available - probably only a handful on sale at the ground and not online.

The ticket office is an absolute shambles.
They had a window to start selling semi final tickets but right from the off they stayed they would send them out on 29th March.
Why not just send them out as people bought them you fucking useless ****s.
Then do the same for Spurs and then Palace.
It’s not fucking rocket science.
Someone buys a ticket, you post it out.

Still waiting for my Spurs ticket.
My Brighton tickets arrived Wednesday 3rd even though I only ordered on Monday 1st !
That’s coming from Nottingham as well

There was no choice to select the £30 seats like everyone else but we take the pros and cons of Supporters Club membership. I didn't say SCs were selling the tickets.
I said the e mail to KP asked for it to be passed to SCs which he quite rightly doesn't appear to have done.
My guess is that this has come from the Middle Man that City use to punt out tickets to Agencies and he has come unstuck
just like the Club for this game.
