I do hope we are not shoehorning Denayer in at right back simply because he's homegrown?

He doesn't seem to have the raw pace and agile frame that a modern day full-back requires?

Stones' natural position was at right-back, so who knows?

I wanted Rose and Cresswell, but that ship looks long sailed.

So that means mangala is gone then... A bit of a shame really , given how he has finally improved with a consistent run of games

I'll probably get slaughtered for it but I'd rather break the bank for Hummels and Subotic. Our 4 cb's would be them and kompany and denayer.
We took a chance with otamendi and mangala. Why risk it with laporte?
