I cannot believe the lack of enthusiasm on here over this move. He is going to be our main defender for the next 10 years. He is just pure class. Today is my birthday, 20 friends at my house, and I still won t feel good untill this is official. Than I could party.

Im always pretty excited when we sign a player but for me im kind of nervously excited by Laporte. Its probably because i havent actually seen him play much!

The youtube vids look fantastic and i trust pep 100% so im happy, just hoping he settles and is as good as he looks! :-)
